Hubby the new Renault fan

Hubby has a new toy (yes, yes... AGAIN!!!), and he's now a self-proclaimed Renault fan. What led to all this was something that caught his eye some time back at OG department store, which caught his eye a second time at another store at Bugis -- the Chronotech ING Renault F1 watch with a black rubber strap.

Here's the face of the watch -- the colourful dial matched with solid dark background and the cool red needle makes it a rather attractive watch to own, I feel. It's thick too, but not too chunky-looking so it doesn't seem out of place on Hubby's wrist.

Now here's the back of the watch with the brand and the team it represents. Next to it is the left side of the watch dial, which shows its thickness and a slick inscription of the team name once again, that looks like a racing car tyre. Hubby got a 15% discount at this watch store at Bugis (can't remember the name) and he was also promised some special free gifts that came with the watch -- an ING Renault F1 T-shirt and key ring respectively. Not bad. That's cos he's apparently among the first 3 to purchase the watch at that store or something.

So yup, he's now a Renault fan and sort of more interested in racing stuff than before. Evidence? Our TV lounge now sounds like a racing track as I type-- Hubby started playing his long-time-neglected Xbox racing game this afternoon. :p
